Backyard

In the ``Wizard of Oz'', Dorothy said there was no place like home and if she went looking in the future it would be at home. Well, she may be one o something. These images of wildlife were taken in the back yard of our home in Eldersburg. We have a fanatic view of the woods from the kitchen window and some of these were taken there and some during a walk in the woods. It's normal to hear ``Hey look at this'' and find the two of us standing in the kitchen watching something out back. A couple years ago I photographed a pair of wild turkeys in the yard and have had the opportunity to shoot many white-tail deer inn the woods. By the way, they love what I plant in the garden. The last few days we have been serenaded by flocks of geese going overhead. With Liberty Reservoir just down the road and a pond on the other side of the woods, we hear them going to a corn field up the road and back to the water.
