For the second time in a few days, the weather folks over played a snow storm. We received less than they thought we would get. It was enough snow to cancel school two days in a row in Carroll County. But it still made Carroll look like a winter wonderland or a Christmas card. The images were shot in Eldersburg, Winfield and Mount Airy.
