Took some time to stop at the Union Mills Homestead this week, before it got muggy and hot. It's funny, I grew up about a half-mile down the Big Pipe Creek from the Homestead and never went there until I had to cover an event for the local paper. So quiet and peaceful in the morning and had the place to myself.
