More Light Snow

We got another light snowfall last night. Just enough to cover the ground and trees. It looks like picture postcards or a calendar.

Light Snow

I wasn't going to take any pictures this morning, but that changed on a walk with Gabby. I love the morning after a snow when the sun comes up. It's so quiet and the world is so beautiful.

Day Two

Day two of the project which is Ash Wednesday.

Day One

Going to try something new with my photographs starting today. I plan to post an image with a Bible verse daily. So I am starting in the beginning. 

Point Lookout

Point Lookout is another place where I went to wet a line and always took my camera. The point is where the Potomac River meets the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland. I started going to the Point around 1970. You could still see the building ruins from the Civil War and a large wooden hotel stood on the bay side. The hotel is gone and many other changes have taken place. I haven't been there in about eight years and I hear there have been even more changes.
