The dog, Gabby and myself were watching a couple does eating in the backyard. Gabby chases squirrels and birds (she never gets close to them, but they are in her yard), but deer she sits and watches, no matter if she is inside or out. We watched one of the does lay down for about a minute, when other does jumped up and we were about to count six does. In a minute we saw why they jumped as a buck came into view. He cut one of does from the herd and followed her around, while I took photographs.
