Focusing on Summer

I enjoy all four seasons in Maryland and one of my favorite is coming up-fall. But we have to go through summer to get there. This is some of my favorite from the summer. All of the images were captured in Eldersburg.

Struck on a Tree

While out in the yard Monday, I noticed a locust shell on a maple tree. I got closer to take a picture and found a 11 shells hanging on the tree.

Easy on the Nose

Shirley has an orange tree that bloomed this past week. Oh, what a wonderful smell. The bees have enjoyed the white blossoms. Now to wait for the fruit.
